SIPS & SCOOPS (Mixology Ice Cream Pairing Class)

For the first time ever, MOIC is hosting workshops to create your own ice cream and find the perfect alcohol pairings! This hands on workshop lets us explore our senses through the love of ice cream. We’ll learn about the history of ice cream, and make our very own flavor from scratch.  This 1.5-hour-long workshop is led by our very own scoop mixologists to walk you through every step of the way. You will leave this workshop as a certified scoop mixologist knowing every way to pair your favorite sweet dessert.

Ticket Price includes ice cream making tools, ingredients, & alcohol  pairings, with this exclusive class led by our certified Scoop Mixologist in the backdrop of our magical space.

Class is for 21+

General Admission: $75

Maximum Capacity: 8 participants per class

2. This class is currently held outdoors. We reccomend dressing warmly or bringing a light jacket in preperation of evening weather!
